All cottages are unfurnished, two storey with a single bedroom. Gas fired central heating. Modern fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower
Criteria
Have a close connection to the area, through the length of time that they or close relatives have lived locally. Be of limited financial means and have a housing need, or be experiencing some other form of hardship . Must be capable of independent living. Non smokers Pets by negotiation
